    The worst i give no stars

    20+ years of timely servitude to the monopoly; I lose power for 2 weeks and I’m burdened with a large deposit that was never announced, agreed upon or even explained (“Sir, I’m not sure why you didn’t get the letter.”… I’m WAY less sure, lady). “Thank god” they spread it out in 3 month chunks that are almost as large as my usual bill… nearly doubling the responsibility of my limited income. They obviously know how to take care of their customers.

    My only regret is not being able to give zero stars. Thanks for the electricity, despot.

    Hooking up electricity to my apartment was simple and easy, as was disconnecting when I moved. My roommate and I would check our energy usage online to maintain low bills.
