    They’re lucky we have no choice.

    Ameren allowed someone to maintain utility services in my name AFTER I informed them I was moving. Now they’re saying they have “no record of the call” & are trying to bully me into paying an $881.89 bill. I filed a complaint with the BBB & shortly after was sent a FINAL disconnect notice. I never even received a 1st or 2nd.

    I sent them proof I wasn’t living in the residence during the time services were being used, including a resident ledger from the current property owners. They REFUSE to even investigate…I’m disabled & 3 of 5 members of my household, myself included, have asthma. The temperature has gotten up to 103° & they’re threatening me with a disconnect…just horrible! I can’t wait to get out of Missouri!

    THE literal Nazis of the Energy world, this is why we shouldn’t have energy monopolies within state. break them up

    They lie about the times on when the electricity will be cut back on! Horrible service! The power goes out and they take forever to cut it back on! Customers are left with no electricity which means no lights, no electronics, no warm water, no heat, and more!
